If you are an eCommerce Brand without a legal presence in the EU, you must appoint an EU Authorised Representative/Responsible Person for all items entering the EU from 13 December 2024. Previously this requirement only applied to regulated (CE Marked) goods such as Toys and Electronics. This new legislation ensures all goods entering the EU meet basic regulatory standards.
